Tri-dosha Balancing series

The tri-dosha balancing series works on balancing the whole body based on the ayurvedic principle of the three doshas. When you balance the doshas you regulate the hormones and nervous system. 
When these are regulated we can experience positive changes in physical, emotional & mental reality. Postures focus attention on what feels right in the body & we cultivate deep relaxation during meditation in the postures.
Practice allows students to listen to their own body & most of the series is done lying or sitting on the floor & is integrated with pranamyama (breath), nurturing the flow of prana through breath & asanas. 
The eyes are closed most of the time encouraging letting go of the need for external approval & comparison. See you all on the mat……all abilities are welcome…..own mat required
